Can I also use a voucher as a deposit when making a booking?
Yes! Vouchers can be used as a deposit when booking. Simply state the 4-digit order number when booking. This will then be noted in the reservation as security and the booking will be fixed. No further deposit is required. In case of cancellation outside the free cancellation period, the voucher will be fully or partially redeemed. Depending on the amount of the cancellation costs. If the value of the voucher is less than the cancellation fee, the difference must be paid.

Can I redeem certain service vouchers for other services?
This is possible. All vouchers can be redeemed for all services at Hotel DAS.GOLDBERG. For example, day spa or breakfast vouchers can also be redeemed for a stay. Simply hand in the voucher at reception or during breakfast in the restaurant and the value of the voucher will be deducted from the bill.

Can a voucher also be redeemed in part?
Depending on the amount of the bill, the voucher will be redeemed in full or in part. If only part of the voucher value is redeemed, we will issue a new voucher for the remaining amount. Cash redemption is not possible.

How is the price for the accommodation vouchers calculated?
Our prices for overnight stays depend on the season and the days of the week. Therefore, an average value from all seasons is calculated for the accommodation vouchers, so that in most periods the voucher has a higher value than the accommodation price actually is. The residual value is then offset against the consumption in the total bill. In the seasons of Christmas and New Year's Eve as well as in the carnival week it comes to a higher overnight stay price and therefore an additional payment has to be made on departure.

How can I redeem a voucher?
The vouchers can be redeemed either at the reception or in the restaurant. You can show the voucher in printed form or digitally on your mobile phone. The barcode is important for redeeming the voucher and must be scanned by a member of staff.
